cr444 Terms & Conditions

1.1 Introduction

cr444 is an online gaming platform operated for Bangladeshi players. The terms and conditions ("Terms") described in this document form a legally binding agreement between cr444 and its users ("Members"). By using the platform, you are bound by this agreement.

2.2 Account Registration

Each member may create only one account. At the time of registration, you must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Full name (as per national ID)
• Correct mobile number
• A valid email address
• Date of birth (to verify age of 21+)

Providing false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of all winnings.

2.3 One Member, One Account

Operating multiple accounts from the same person, household, device, IP address, or payment method is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are detected, all accounts will be permanently terminated and all bonuses and winnings will be forfeited.

3.1 Password Protection

Keeping your cr444 account password confidential is solely your responsibility. Use a strong password and do not share it with anyone. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

If you notice any unauthorized access or suspicious activity on your account, notify the cr444 support team immediately. cr444 will not be held responsible for any loss caused by failure to report such activity in a timely manner.

3.3 Updating Information

Keep your account information up to date at all times. If your mobile number or any other information changes, contact the cr444 support team immediately to have it corrected. cr444 is not responsible for any delay in payment or service caused by incorrect information.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cr444 currently accepts transactions only through the following mobile banking methods:

• Nagad — Digital financial service of Bangladesh Post Office
• Rocket — Mobile banking service of Dutch-Bangla Bank

cr444 will not accept funds sent through any method other than these three, and no responsibility will be taken for returning such funds.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount through any method is ৳500. There is no maximum daily deposit limit; however, cr444 reserves the right to temporarily hold unusually large deposits for verification purposes.

4.3 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Successful withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals may be held if the following conditions are not met:

• Account verification has not been completed
• Wagering requirements on an active bonus have not been fulfilled
• A security review is currently in progress
• A withdrawal request is already being processed

4.4 Own Funds

Only your own funds may be deposited into a cr444 account. Depositing funds through a third party, or from any illegal or suspicious source, is strictly prohibited. cr444 reserves the right to verify the source of any transaction.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at cr444 have the opportunity to receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,500 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,500. Depositing ৳28,000 or more gives the maximum ৳20,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10 times the bonus amount — applied to the bonus funds only (not the deposit). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 10 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Rules

The following general rules apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• Each bonus offer may have its own terms, which are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus funds are not convertible to cash until the wagering requirements have been met.
• Another bonus cannot be activated while one is already active (unless specifically stated otherwise).
• cr444 reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time without providing a reason.
• If evidence of bonus abuse is found, the bonus may be cancelled and the account suspended.

6.1 Finality of Game Results

All game results on cr444 are determined through a Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealer system. Once a game round is completed, its result cannot be changed. If a technical error produces an abnormal result, that round may be declared void and the wagered amount refunded.

6.2 Betting Limits

Each game and betting market has its own minimum and maximum bet limits, which are displayed in the game interface. cr444 reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Sports Betting

Please read the relevant rules carefully before placing bets in the sports betting section. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the settlement of bets will follow cr444's rules. Special rules related to tournaments (BPL, IPL, T20, ICC, FIFA, etc.) are published on the relevant pages.

7.1 Fraud & Abuse

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cr444 platform:

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence for betting or gaming
• Using any technical method to influence game results
• Bonus arbitrage or exploitation of bonus systems ("bonus hunting")
• Claiming a bonus multiple times using multiple accounts
• Money laundering or conducting any illegal financial activity
• Attempting unauthorized access to other members' accounts
• Attempting to hack or introduce malicious software into cr444's systems

Any such activity may result in permanent account termination, forfeiture of all winnings, and legal action where necessary.

7.2 Use of Third-Party Accounts

Creating or managing an account on behalf of someone else is prohibited. Placing bets on behalf of others as a professional gambler, providing betting advice, or coordinated betting through a syndicate — these activities are in violation of cr444's terms.

8.1 Purpose of Entertainment

cr444 reminds members that online gaming is entirely for entertainment purposes — it is not a reliable source of income. Every member should set a specific budget for gaming and not exceed it.

8.2 Self-Exclusion & Setting Limits

8.3 Protection of Minors

cr444 gives the highest priority to the protection of minors. Parents are requested to ensure that their children and teenagers are unable to access this platform. If suspected use by a minor is detected, that account will be closed immediately.

cr444 may suspend or permanently cancel an account without notice in the following cases:

• Failure to complete security or identity verification
• Suspicious financial transactions

In the event of account cancellation, the available balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member, provided no breach of terms has occurred.
